Took a blogging break to meet bloggers. Not just any other bloggers but bloggers that I came to be close with na.
It was a second meeting with Rico & Sasha, Jayvee & the love story (notice the & sign?) and of course the highlight of the “event” was meeting AnP (Melissa) and her family.
Finally we met, two years after meeting online and she’s everything I imagined her to be.
We forgot to pose for a photo (Melissa and I), we were all so busy talking, it was good that Jayvee always has his camera in tow.
These two (AnP’s JP and my Raine) combined was a riot in kakulitan:

Meeting other bloggers always amazes me. I don’t know why. Maybe because bloggers are so real…and they turn out bigger than life in person, it was always more than being starstrucked. Really.
So the normally madaldal me tend to bask in their presence and listen more. He he. Yes, guys…di pa yun ang pinakamadaldal ko.
As always it was a night of fun and Raine enjoyed it as well. (I hope your back is better now Rico!)
Super thanks Melissa. Have a safe trip back to Germany. Until we meet again.

It’s always a pleasure seeing you, Glo. It’s great to finally meet Raine. I’m hoping for more of you here in Manila. LOL. Pagbalik ulit ni AnP!

[…] Last time I was in Manila, the original plan was to drop by LB before returning to bicol. Last minute, I chickened out. […]

[…] I went to a blogger meet-up where I finally met Melissa Antienza-Petri! Gloria Gamat was there, too, but this time I also got to meet her son, Raine. Jayvee Fernandez, who *remotely* took the photo, was, of course, there and Rico Mossesgeld, supplied a fifth of the conversation and served as my chauffer. Heehee. Kidding. Kidding. All of us maintain a blog or two under b5media. I went to a number of get-togethers! Please don’t make me list them all down! I beg you! I attended Gail & Marc’s Wedding where I met the Sassy Lawyer, Connie Veneracion! Coolness. Too bad I had to leave early to go to a joint birthday dinner wherein my date was one of the celebrants. Heehee. Naturally, we had to be there, right? LOL. I got to attend the Mapalad Christmas party. I wonder if I’d become a member soon. *Wishing for a Treo 680* Hehehehe. I attended my highschool friend’s wedding. I was supposedly the “hostess”, however, I couldn’t get out of work early! The wedding was on a Friday, you see. Sigh. I actually bought a new dress for it! Rats. I went to a Globe-sponsored lunch at T.G.I. Friday’s in Galleria with Abe, Rico, Marc and Jayvee. And YES, it’s a darn shame that Sorsi came late, I would’ve loved to tell you more about Oz, er, go ask Rico instead pala. Heehee. I don’t want to get into trouble. I adopted a new dog — half Japanese spitz and half shih tzu — christened Oscar. Gail gave him to me [Thanks, Gail & Marc!]. I’ll tell you guys more about my new baby on a different post. I promise! I celebrated my birthday last Friday, 22 December. I had to work the whole day, of course — unfortunately. I met my friend, Donna, who’s visiting from Cali then whisked her off to the Blogger Christmas Party held at MOA. I met a few more filipino bloggers but I was a bit under the weather that night and couldn’t really mingle well. […]
